My interest and passion has always been the social aspect of sales and owning a company. I LOVE meeting people and developing relationships with them.
I knew that I had to pursue a career in the field of sales and got a degree in Business, Communication, Sales & Marketing. I took jobs as an outside sales representative for Print manufacturers and quickly learned the basic fundamentals of the Print Industry as well as the tools to be a successful salesperson. What I discovered in my years working for a Print Manufacturer was not only that I loved and excelled at outside sales but I was limited to what I could sell to my customers because each Print Company specialized in a particular printed product. I saw this Niche as a business opportunity and pursued it!
I wanted to be able to provide a service that would allow small home-based businesses to large corporate companies the ability to source a supplier who could provide to them all of their custom print products including promotional products. The benefit and convenience of dealing with one supplier for all of their needs would save the customer time and money as well as maintain the quality and integrity of their business printed materials.
I value building strong relationships with my customers, to fully understand their needs and the nature of their business. I have dedicated my business to ensure I am providing quality products at competitive prices to every customer who chooses to give me the opportunity to provide their business with their printing. Along with my knowledge and years of expertise in the print industry and owning a business I will always be committed to the basic foundations of customer service and that is trust and loyalty.
